All our trucks are equipped with GPS to provide real-time updates. Our goal is to have the tow truck on the scene within an hour, at every hour. During emergencies, our light and heavy-duty trucks leave immediately upon dispatch call.
Absolutely wonderful company threw a bearing out on my boat trailer on the way home from the lake. Overall very good experience from start to finish. Pete was the tow truck driver very kind and polite awesome prices and even better service. I was about 45 minutes from their location and they were there within an hour. Highly recommend them.

I broke down on a trip from Texas to PA on a Sunday night. Had an alternator go bad while towing a travel trailer. They allowed my wife and I to camp in our trailer at their location until our truck could be fixed the next morning. My husband and I got a flat tire in a somewhat remote location, while we were traveling through the state. We were unable to use our spare and had a difficult time finding a tow truck at 8pm on a Sunday evening. However, we finally found Bill’s Towing – the business was not super close to our location, but a very friendly and helpful driver found us and dropped us off at a hotel of our choosing. Our car was ready to go by 9am the next morning. We were extremely happy with the friendly, quick, and high quality service that we received. Thank you!

On Saturday, our truck, attached with a 53ft trailer, broke down on I-70W. Bill’s towing responded to our distress call and had a wrecker on site in less than thirty minutes. We notified that another tractor was heading by to pick up the trailer and make the delivery. Without notification, they pulled the tractor from the trailer to help expedite the process. If we ever break down, they are on speed dial. Staff was attentive and polite as well. Prices were 50% less then any nearby towing services. Highly recommended !

I got in a jam and needed a towing service. I reached out to my insurance company and their provider was over 2 hours away. I called and spoke to a guy named Ty that said he would find a way to come get me so I wasn’t sitting. They showed up in roughly 20 minutes from when we hung up. I submitted their invoice to my insurance provider and they asked if I had the rest of the invoice because the pricing seemed off. Top notch work and a great staff. Good companies like Bill’s make these bad situations a little easier.

My car broke down alongside Route 7 in Bellaire last night at 3. I called roadside assistance and was advised a truck would arrive in about an hour. The truck showed up approximately 40 minutes later. My car was towed to my preferred repair shop and I walked in the door to my home less than an hour after I had called for help. Highly recommended. Had a car problem at Ohio Valley Mall, AAA called Bill's Towing, I have never used them before. I had a very great experience ( except for my car problem) The man that showed up on 10/24/2018 at 5:08 p.m. Was the nicest most helpful person I have dealt with in along time I rode in the wrecker with him to car lot, he made me feel so comfortable I felt like I had known him forever, was not unpleasant at all. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. Scott was persistent and worked diligently to get it open. He was very nice and he made me feel better about getting myself into the situation. At one point I think he saw the hopelessness in my face and he reassured me that he would not abandon me.
